Delivery Information

Lead-Times
All of my jewellery is hand-made and the time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies.  
Lead-times are approximately 2 - 8 days from receipt of order if hallmarking is not required, plus postage timings.  
If an item is over 7.78g a hallmark is compulsory.  Lead-times for these items are approximately 14 - 21 days from receipt of order, plus postage.
In some cases the piece of jewellery may be available in shorter timings if it has already been made and hallmarked (where required).

Shipping
Once ready for shipping, orders will be sent via online tracked with signature 24 - for a cost of £5.95
Orders over £60 - FREE Delivery with Tracked with Signature 24.
Please note, we are currently only shipping to the United Kingdom.

Hallmarking
Hallmarking is only compulsory on items over 7.78g.  All pieces weighing 7.78 grams or over will of course be Hallmarked.
I choose not to Hallmark pieces under the statutory weight due to the additional cost and time implications in relation to the value of the piece.  
I will happily arrange for any piece to be assayed and marked, but there will be an additional charge for this service.

In General Terms
Ready to ship items are sent 24 Tracked with Signature.
Fine silver made to order items or pre-order items will be sent in line with the timescales given on the product listing.

If your order is a mix of in stock and pre-order / made to order items, the in stock will be sent first and the other items will follow at no additional shipping cost unless you state at checkout you are happy for them to be shipped together.

Carbon Offset Delivery - I am so proud to confirm that Friendly Frog has arranged a carbon offset programme for deliveries of all purchases made through this website. Therefore, you can shop in confidence that every effort is made to ensure that the delivery of your parcel is carbon-neutral.

Packaging
I am dedicated to sustainability and make every effort to use eco-friendly materials for my jewellery and packaging. My gift boxes are FSC certified, this commitment ensures alignment with responsible forestry practices and minimises environmental impact, demonstrating a strong focus on preserving natural resources for future generations. My elegant black printed pouches are crafted from 100% recycled plastic (rPET) and the fine silver used in my jewellery is sourced entirely from recycled materials.
Customers are encouraged to reuse their gift boxes or recycle packaging responsibly.
