Every order is carefully packed and sent with Royal Mail Online Tracked 24. 

As all of my jewellery is hand-made leadtimes are generally 1 - 2 weeks if a hallmark is not required and  3 - 4 weeks if a hallmark is required.

In some cases the piece of jewellery may be available in shorter timings if it has already been made and hallmarked (where required).

Each piece of my jewellery is handmade using 100% recycled fine silver (classed as 999).

To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Avoid contact with perfume, lotion, and chemicals.

• Remove before bathing, swimming, or exercising.

• Clean gently with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth.

• Store in a dry place, ideally in its pouch or box.

• Fine silver does not easily tarnish but may naturally discolour over time—use a polishing cloth to restore its shine.

Your jewellery is carefully packaged in a beautiful soft black printed pouch made from 100% recycled plastic.  There is an option to add a gift box which is printed with my logo and tied with ribbon. Inside, there’s a care card to help you look after your jewellery and a little thank you card – a small token of my appreciation for supporting handmade.
